Friday 17th June saw the latest fundraising event by Stonehaven Town Hall Trust take place - a Michael Bublé tribute evening which took the form of a cabaret.
Jason Porter was Michael Bublé and from his very first song he had the audience on his side.
With his wonderful voice and relaxed presentation, sometimes on the stage and at other times down among the audience, he could do no wrong (especially for the female members of the audience).
Special mention must be made of the two dancers who were on stage with him for certain numbers. They were spot on talented dancers and so elegant with their many changes of glitzy costumes.
Add to that the excellent lighting and the enthusiasm of the audience the evening could not fail to be enjoyable. I hope that we can look forward to more evening of this caliber in our town hall.
