ALL across the country, Burns Suppers have been held to honour Scotland's National Bard.
Here in the Mearns a number of suppers have been held and more will follow.
At Auchenblae, Jim Brown gave the Immortal Memory.
Husband and wife, Chris and Laura Harvey, both of STV, gave the Toast to the Lasses and the Reply.
At Laurencekirk the following evening, the toast to The Lassies was by entertainer Tich Frier and Sheena Blackhall replied.
