Talking bin for school

The children of Laurencekirk Primary now have something new to encourage them to dispose of their litter properly.

They have been given a giant talking penguin bin.

Percy the Penguin has been paid for by the Parent Council in recognition of the efforts of the school's Eco Committee.

Some of the children are pictured with their new friend and Parent Council representatives Mandy Mowat and Marianne Clark.
