Stonehaven man Calum Riddell has raised over £2500 after taking on the London to Paris cycle challenge for charity.
Calum, along with friend Nicholas Frost, covered more than 480km over four days for MacMillan Cancer Support.
The pair of photographers started in London last week, dodging the traffic before heading into rural England and gliding through the countryside - taking in the Kent scenery.
Within the first day they reached the White Cliffs of Dover and headed across to Calais.
The paid covered 80 miles a day for the first three days and 60 miles on the final day.
On that day, the pair continued on through French countryside before finally spotting the Eiffel Tower.
Calum posted on Facebook arriving in Paris: “Well guys that’s us done London to Paris to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Research!! What an experience it has been!! Met Amy and Jennifer at the Eiffel Tower and it was emotional to say the least.”
Speaking to the Leader on his return, Calum added: “I really enjoyed it but it was tough.
‘‘We covered 80 miles a day for the first three days. I really have loved it and it was for a great cause.”
