Equipment stolen from Netherley

Police Scotland are investigating a theft after equipment worth thousands of pounds was stolen from a property in Netherley.

The theft is thought to have taken place overnight on Sunday, February 21.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The incident occurred between 6pm on Sunday, February 21, and 8am on Monday, February 22, where a number of power tools and plumbing equipment was stolen from a locked storage container. The items stolen are worth a mid four figure sum of money.

“Officers are keen to speak with anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the vicinity at this time.

“Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.”
