Plans for a proposed supermarket and HQ development at the new Mains of Ury went on show at Stonehaven Town Hall last Friday.
The Sluie Estate Trust are behind the proposal which, it is claimed, could lead to 1200 jobs being created with the Global HQ site.
The group are in advance talks with an end user who is keen to build there.
The development would be to the north of Stonehaven, surrounding the new junction of the AWPr, fastlink and the A90.
The group have claimed that all major chains are interested in the site for a supermarket and petrol station that could be between 4000-5000 sqm.
Also included in the plans is a proposal to include 54 new plots for allotments in a south facing location and a 60-bed hotel.
A cafe/restaurant are also part of the plans that were on show.
