JDRF Ladies Lunch this weekend

Tickets and stalls are still available at this weekend’s JDRF’s Ladies Lunch fund-raiser at the Mercure Ardoe House Hotel which is being organised by three local ladies.

Cath Ferrier from Newtonhill and Carol Kennedy and Lesley Darnell both from Portlethen have been organising the event that takes place this Sunday (18 November) and have so far been successful with ticket sales.

However there are still some left and there is also some space available if anyone would like to hold a stall.

Tickets cost £25 for the Ladies Lunch and to hold a stall also costs £25 plus a donation to the raffle.

The afternoon will be filled with glamour as Aberdeen dress shop “Frox” will have models parading the catwalk in a fashion show alongside independent fashion retailer “It’s Darling” to show off all their latest trends.

There will also be a hair display by Dare as well as afternoon tea and a glass of bubbly for all attending.

There will be many stalls at the event selling gifts, handbags, jewellery etc, perfect for some Christmas shopping but the ladies still have some available if you would like to sell your goods at the event. It runs from 1-4pm and tickets are available by phoning Cath on 01569 731446 or by emailing cath.ferrier@akersolutions.com. All proceeds will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
