Portlethen Primary School held their ‘Porty’s Got Talent’ show last Tuesday night and a sold out crowd were treated to a variety of performances.

The entire event was organised by four pupils from teacher Fiona Lindsay’s P5 class - Ben Lumsden, Robyn Butler, Ryan Tocher and Connor Young, and a fantastic total of £414.87 was raised through donations on the night.

P7 pupil Sam Stoddard was crowned the winner by the judges with his side splitting comedy act.

There were singers, dancers, skip hop extraordinaires, but the act which came out on top on the night was a comedian.

In second place was Charlotte Jaffray-Greig P5- Lip Synch Jessie J, and third placed were Amy Buchan and Alisha Booth- Skiptaculars- Skip Hopping

Prizes of theatre vouchers were presented to the three prize winners - donated by Hays Ships- presented by Malcolm Craig.
