Tadpoles thank local social club’s support

Gourdon Tadpoles Toddler Group are thankful to announce that they have received a cheque from the Inverbervie Social Club’s bingo group to help with the funding of their baby and toddler gatherings.

Gourdon Tadpoles recently approached the bingo for help and were incredibly grateful when they received a £200 cheque last week.

The baby and toddler group has been running successfully for a couple of years and runs on a week to week basis depending on how many mums, babies and toddlers turn up.

The Inverbervie Social Club’s bingo group is well supported and meets every Saturday in the Burgh Hall at 7.30pm. It’s free to join and always welcomes new members.

Hazel Hamilton-Hall from the Gourdon Tadpoles said the very generous cheque from the bingo will help to keep the toddler group running for those in and around the Gourdon area.

The Tadpoles currently have a healthy number of members but always welcome new mum, dads or grandparents to join in the fun they have every Friday at Gourdon Village Hall and rely on people coming along to keep it going.

The tadpoles meet from 10am - 12noon and there is no membership fee to join but there is a £1.50 entrance fee which pays for the hall and snack.
