FETTERCAIRN Pair Jim Duncan and Jimmy Sinclair won the Laurencekirk Bowling Club Open Pairs.

They beat fellow Fettercairn members, Andy Redpath and Andy Ross 16-12 in the final.

Losing semi-finalists were Elsie Thomson/Frank Cannon and Winnie and Alan Wilson, both of the host club.

The trophy was presented by vice-president John McNicoll.
