Laurencekirk based Blaze Manufacturing solutions has won three major contracts worth a combined seven figure sum.
The north-east oil and gas industry fire safety protection company established in 2006 secured a trio of deals worth £3million.
The firm, headquartered in Laurencekirk and started by Howard and Ann Johnson, specialises in the design and supply of fire protection, fire and gas detection, control systems, loss prevention and consultancy services.
Managing director of Blaze Manufacturing Solutions, Howard Johnson, said: “The oil and gas industry is a niche market for fire safety protection systems, and securing the contracts in the current climate is a major boost for Blaze, reinforcing our expertise at the forefront of Fire Safety Detection and Protection System Engineering, ensuring we supply a tailor made solution to our clients’ specific requirements.”
Blaze is also a finalist in the Northern Star Business Awards in the Outstanding Contribution to the Energy Sector category.
The company recently added eight members of staff to its workforce.
