Laurencekirk Playgroup looks for help

Laurencekirk Pre-School Group re-opened its doors on Tuesday this week for the 2012/2013 term.

Sessions take place throughout the week at Laurencekirk Community Centre, for children from age 2-5. At present, sessions take place weekdays, 9.15 - 11.15am. Experienced Playleaders provide a structured, fun environment for our children. Activities include arts & crafts, outdoor play, stories, rhymes, story-time and outings.

As a registered charity, Laurencekirk Pre-School Group is always grateful for donations to enhance the experience offered to the children and welcome any of the following gifted items: Arts and crafts materials (paper, card, wool, paints, glue etc); Books and CDs; Toys (indoor and outdoor), games & puzzles; Dressing up items; Children’s Clothing; IT items for administrative tasks and use by the children (laptop/PC, printer, scanner).

At present, the Group’s committee are also looking for parents, carers and volunteers to act as fundraisers to generate much needed funds for the group. If you would like to becoming involved in fundraising and assisting with/organsing events, please contact Laurencekirk Pre-School Group for more information.

No contribution is too small and the group and its children will be extremely grateful for your support.
