A Stonehaven couple is looking to win their wedding by raising as much money as possible for a local charity.
Couple Steven and Michelle, who now live in Newtonhill, have two weeks to raise as much money as possible for Cash for Kids.
They are one of four couples who are currently taking part in the competition and Steven and Michelle have lined up a number of events for the next two weeks.
Michelle and Steven met while they were working in Zell am Zee in Austria and have been together for 6 years. The couple got engaged back in 2013 and having just moved house, they don’t have the funds to get married yet. Already this week, the couple hosted a coffee morning on Wednesday, March 2 at Skateraw Hall in Newtonhill.
Planned for this Thursday (March 3) is face painting at the new soft play area in Stonehaven Scallywags from 12pm until 4.30pm.
The couple will also be taking part in a bungee jump in Perthshire on Saturday evening before another coffee morning on Thursday, March 10 at St James Hall in Stonehaven from 10am-11.30am.
