It is an annual tradition before Christmas to perform a Storytelling Concert at St Ternans Church.

The church is a delightful setting and has a wonderful acoustic for the music to set the scene for Christmas, with mulled wine and christmas pies served afterwards.

The Storytelling Concert lasts less than an hour and appeals to both children and adults.

The Last Christmas Tree is adapted from a Collection of Children’s Stories for Christmas.

The Steadfast Tin Soldier is adapted from one of Hans Christian Anderson’s best tales by Richard Baker, the broadcaster. The story focusses on the imaginary love, loyalty and fear of the one-legged Tin Soldier.
