The Royal British Legion Scotland, Stonehaven Branch, had a very successful Burns’ Night Supper on January 24.
The haggis was piped in by Ian McFadden, who also addressed the ‘beast.’ It was carried by Yvonne Marr, and the Selkirk Grace was said by Mary Mac.
Our excellent chairperson and MC was Dave Ramsay, who also recited the Immortal Memory. Russell Adams addressed The Lasses, and Rae Milne answered. The super was served piping hot and delicious.
The evening was finished off with dancing, to the Alistair Saltire duo. Thank you to everyone who took part.
