St Bridget’s Hall Stonehaven will host a well being event this weekend with residents encouraged to come along and hear from a host of organisations.
The event will take place from 10am until 12 noon this Saturday.
Chair of the Kincardine and Mearns Wellbeing Network Fiona Murray said: “There are a range of organisations attending the event on Saturday including Pillar, Homestart, Mental Health Aberdeen, Mearns and Coastal Healthy Living Network, VSA, AVA and Aberdeenshire Sports Hub.”
The event is hoped to provide a range of information relevant to all in the community.
Fiona added: “Those attending the event will be able to find out what each organisation has to offer residents in Stonehaven and how they can link with/engage with each organisation.
“The free coffee morning on Saturday will be followed up with a week of activities including a health walk on Tuesday November 3 which will leave from the GP Practice at 10am and is open for all to attend, conversation cafes in the library, mindfulness taster session, dementia friends training and much much more.”
