The B979 “Netherley Road”, will be closed between the C5K which leads to Lairhillock School and the U62K which leads to Invercrynoch on Saturday 1st December for 14 days.

The closure is necessary for culvert replacement works to take place. An alternative route will be signposted via the A90T at Stonehaven to the

B9077 Leggart Terrace, Aberdeen - B9077 South Deeside Road to the B979 Netherley Road and Vice Versa

Aberdeenshire Council apologises for any inconvenience this may cause while this work is being completed and advises motorists to check the website Traffic Closures

for regular updates on all road closures in the area as the best source of live information.
